This is a two part question.
1. How do I prevent legitimate emails from being filtered into the Spam folder?
2 How do I stop the system from marking the messages with the ***SPAM*** designation?

Thanks

Hello Ronsuen,

The answer to both of your questions is based on Spam Assassin. Spam Assassin marks email with the spam designation. If you wish to change the way this works you will need to see about configuring Spam Assassin. Go through the article to reduce the strength of spam assassin so that it doesn't mark too many emails as spam, or setup a White List within Spam Assassin so that you receive emails from friends that would otherwise be listed as spam.
