From the email authentication screen in cPanel:

"In order to ensure that SPF or DKIM takes effect, you must confirm that this server is an authoritative nameserver for mydomain.com. If you need help, contact your hosting provider."

Hello markmelch,

If your domain name is pointed to our nameservers and not via specific records then the server is considered authoritative and can perform the SPF and Domain Keys for you. I checked and your domain is indeed pointing to our nameservers. I see the Domain Keys and the SPF records have been enabled on your account, so all is well.

Best Regards,
Scott M
