Hello olukay,

Great question about uploading and linking to files.

  1. Begin by uploading your file using the File Manager in cPanel. You can either upload it directly to your site's document root or a subfolder.

  2. Once you've uploaded your file, the URL for that file would look something like:

    Uploaded to document root:

    http://yourdomain.com/ebook.pdf

    Uploaded to subfolder named downloads:

    http://yourdomain.com/downloads/ebook.pdf

  3. You can then use that URL to create a link to the file

If you're using a specific software and need any assistance in how to create that link in your software, please let us know. We'll be happy to walk you through creating the link to your e-book.

Regards,

Christi N.
