Can I download my sites?

<p>I decided for waht was offered, speed and mostly cost not to renew my package with you guys. I forgot about the date it was set to expire though and I need to download the sites to have a current backup. May I please do this, and if so how do I go about doing that? all my logins are diaabled for CPanel and emails etc. not functioning. THanks and please respond to &lt;email-address-removed&gt; as all my addresses with you don't work. By the way I WAS NOT notified of this beforehand. Thanks Chris</p>

Hello Chris,

Our Systems team can certainly help you with obtaining a full backup of your account. To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

I also sent a copy of this reply to the email account you referenced and blocked the email address from your original question for your security.
