Hello.

I'm having trouble with my ftp since the domain expired and now use my .net address instead of the .com that expired last month. But for some reason my ftp has been on and off since. I'm not sure if this is related to my domain change or its a technical issue with the servers etc.

Any help would be great!

Hello, essextunedcars.com and thanks for your question.

If your domain name ending in the .com TLD has expired, then you wouldn't want to use that domain name for FTP to our server. You would either need to use the actual hostname of the shared server that your site resides on:

whub27.webhostinghub.com

Or you can use the other domain you have that does still resolve to the server.

If you're still having issues with FTP access using the server's direct hostname, or with your other domain that still resolves to the server. We typically recommend first getting a ping and traceroute test to our support department for further troubleshooting:

How to run a ping and traceroute test

I hope that information was helpful, if you have any further questions at all please let us know.
