I tried publishing from rapid weaver but it isn't doing anything. Is there something I need to do on the Web Hosting Hub end to get my page up and running?

Hello jcelec,

I'm sorry you're having trouble publishing your site with RapidWeaver. While researching this I see that while you were able to publish to the server, the files are being published above public_html (your document root directory). Please adjust your publishing settings in RapidWeaver as follows:

Go to the RapidWeaver File menu -> Publishing Settings and change the Site Path to /public_html/

Once you have made this change to the Site Path, please try publishing from RapidWeaver again.

For more information about your Document Root (where you want to publish your site files to) please see our article What Directory should I Upload my Files to?

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
