Hi levy99,

Great question about FTP. I checked into this for you, and from the documentation I found, this is the information SmartFTP should be asking for:

Protocol: normal FTP ( Standard )
Host: yourdomain.com (replace with your actual domain name). If your domain is not yet pointed to our Nameservers, use the server name instead.
Path: public_html (unless you are publishing to an Addon domain, then it would be public_html/addondomain.com)
User: cPanel user name
Password: cPanel password
