Hello Ricketts,

Authorization for publishing is based on the password you have set for use with the cpanel. You can reset your Cpanel password in the Account Management Panel (AMP). OR you can call in and ask for it to be reset through live support.

I would make sure to check the password settings in step 5 (Publishing). Click on the CHANGE PASSWORD to change the password to your current Cpanel password.

If you're still having problems after that, then please contact live support.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
