I am trying to publish my new site via step 5 of sitebuilder. I keep getting this error message: The site cannot be published to the specified location.
Cannot connect to the host via FTP.

I have tried chatting with technical support but keep getting disconnected or cut off.

Hello carolc,

I'm sorry you're having trouble publishing in the Premium Website Builder. While researching this, I found that your domain is not currently pointed to our Nameservers. Our Support Team has adjusted your publishing settings in the builder to publish through the server name and temp url (instead of your domain name) and you should be able to publish your site now.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,

Christi N.
