Unfortunately, I have no way to determine your account issues based on the account information for your Support Center user name. I see no associated Web Hosting account or domain name. We need, at minimum, some URL to check so that we can troubleshoot the issue that you are seeing - we can't see your account information, otherwise, please provide the information in reply to this post, or, you might prefer to call into Live Support.
