Just made changes to my site using CoffeeCup site designer - the program tells me the site has been 're-synced' to Web Hosting Hub, but can't get the changes to show up online. I haven't changed the FTP account settings, and they've worked in the past. Wondering what else to try.

Hello SteveS,

I am not seeing any files uploaded within the last week. We can certainly test your settings from our side using FTP connection programs to see if there is any kind of error or miscommunication.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with the request and all connection setttings that CoffeeCup is using. Also include any error messages (if any). Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

Best Regards,
Scott M
