What username and password do I use for the FTP client?

I want to upload my website using an FTP client, but don't know what username and password to use. I think the username might be "daleca6", but I don't know the password. And I don't have an e-mail that tells me what these are.

Hello dlcapewe,

Thank you for your question regarding FTP. Your cPanel user name and password can be used as an FTP account as well. By default your cPanel password is usually your AMP password, but if you have any trouble your cPanel password can be reset in AMP.
