I installed logaholic on my server and I need to allow it access to my log file. I cannot find it. The only thing I see is in cpanel where I can download raw access logs in .gz format, but where are they stored so I can point logaholic to them?

Hello Bresnickcpa,

How are you installing Logaholic? If you installed it via the Softaculous setup (available in the Cpanel), then it should have set the path for you automatically. If you are doing this, then describe or screenshot the exact path inquiry and email support@webhostinghub.com. I asked our systems team about this and they said that it is supposed to be setting that path up for you automatically (as long as you set it up via the cpanel). If not, then the path can only be edited by the Systems team, as they would need to edit the path in the account. Please provide further information if necessary, or re-install through Softaculous in order to proceed.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
