Hello proflo7, I'm not sure how you're asking this question, so I'll answer a few different ways: 1) If you want to access your email account directly through webmail, you can use the following URL - proflohnweb.org/webmail 2) If you're trying to get to the actual email account files, you must log-in to your Cpanel, and then go to the MAIL folder. This is where your mail files would be saved. 3) If you're trying to use an email client like Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, or Apple Mail, the you would need to run through an account setup. You would need to select the type of protocol you want to use (IMAP or POP), then proceed with the mail client setup - most of them have a setup program that runs. Your settings would be: mail.proflohnweb.org for incoming and outgoing servers. Incoming: POP3 port = 110 IMAP port = 143 Outgoing: port = 587 -we do not use Secure Password Authentication -these settings are not using SSL -Authentication would simply normal password (if requested) -The Outgoing server must authenticate the same as the incoming mail server (using email address and password) You would need to login with the full email account address and password in order to see your email. This is true for the webmail login as well. I hope this helps to clarify your request. If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page. Regards, Arnel C. |
