Can I postpone my hosting account?

Hello, I bought a package from you. Afterwards I realized my Yahoo is paid till May. Is there any way to postpone my subscription so I don't loses so many months of paid service?

Hello thedraperylady,

While there isn't a way to truly postpone your subscription, you can cancel your account, receive a refund since you're within the 90 day refund time period, and then sign back up with us once you are closer to the expiration of your hosting at Yahoo. When you send in your cancellation request, please be sure to include the reason you are cancelling along with account verification (either the AMP password or last 4 digits of the credit card on file).
