So I made an email account in my webhosting hub domain name. While I CAN send emails using that new email, I CAN'T send messages TO it. For example, I can send emails using that (name@domainname.com) email to my old gmail account, but my old gmail account can't send to my name@domainname.com account. It just bounces back. What seems to be the problem? Please please help!

Hello msmcgraw,

I'm sorry you are having trouble sending emails to your new email address. While looking into this for you I see that your domain was just pointed to our Nameservers today. Please allow 4-24 hours for DNS to fully propagate and your email account to be fully functional.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
