Email aliases and bulk emails

(i) I've created a few email for my domain and now would like to create generic email aliases e.g. support@mydomain.com which will be forwarded to a list of specific emails.

How do I achieve this?

(ii) While searching for an answer to this query, I stumbled upon a post advising that there is a limit of 250email sent per hour!

Is this correct? What are my options if I have bigger requirements?

Hello Sundeep,

You can set up email forwarders for the various email addresses you wish to forward to other email addresses. It is not necessary to set up accounts for the addresses you wish to forward, you can simply set up the forwarders.

Yes, on our servers there's a limit of 250 emails sent per hour. If you need to send out more emails then are permitted, you can request that the limit raised. You can request an Email Limit Exception through your Account Management Panel (or AMP). Our Systems Team will review your request and send you an email once a decision is made.
