forgot password to get into Cpanel log in

I forgot my password and I can not log into the Cpanel. Please send password. I need to set up an addtional email.

Hello Trafco,

You login to the Account Management Panel (AMP) and then reset the Cpanel password from that interface. If you do not have access to either, then please call into live support and then can provide you the information you need as long as you verify your account with the last digits of the credit card or AMP password.
