Hello,

I am a new customer and I have recently uploaded my site.
I am experimenting real low speed on loading all files and home page.

My web administrator tell me that low speed is because of your hosting.

Is it real?

What can we make in order to acelerate the loading speed of the home page?

Can you help us in acelerating the home page loading speed?

Hello PlanetaConsumidor,

The problem you're having may be related to a routing issue that has been identified by our systems people. You will need to submit a traceroute to confirm the problem. Here's the article on how to do this:
