How do I add more time to my hosting account? Is there a way in the C Panel to do that?
Also, one of my domain names is getting close to expiring. I initially bought the domain trough Bluehost but have switch over to you. I would like you to handle the domain registration and all that. I will use the same format for all of the domains i initially bought through Bluehost but have transferred to you. Please advise.

Hello cguerra, and thanks for your question.

In order to review any of your domain registrations that you have with us you can login to our AMP (Account Management Panel) interface by following these steps:

How to log into AMP

Once logged in you can follow these steps:

  1. Under Account & Billing, click on Details.

  2. Under Active Subscriptions, you should see your domain name with the product set as Domain Registration.

  3. The Renewal Date column will show you when that domain will be automatically renewed for you.

So long as your billing information is up to date then your domain registration should be renewed automatically for you for another year.

If you were interested in transferring any other domain registrations that you have at another Registrar to WebHostingHub you can follow these instructions to do that:

How do I transfer my domain name

If you had any other specific questions directly relating to your account I would probably recommend submitting a support ticket so that your actual domain names can be exposed to us privately instead of in this public forum.

In order to submit a ticket, please shoot an e-mail to (support@webhostinghub.com) being sure to include your username, and the original cPanel password of your account or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification.

If you have any further questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask us.
