How do I cancel 2 domains I do not want?

I purchased 2 domains that I no longer want. One was my primary domain until I changed it.

I purchased the privacy option with each of the domains I want to cancel.

The directions in the Knowledge Base article "Cancel your Domain Registration" tell me to click on the gray X in the Action column for each domain. Only the privacy subscriptions have a gray X. One of the domains has a link to Make Changes. The other domain, the one that started out as my primary domain, isn't shown at all.

When I click on Make Changes/Renew, I'm instructed to "click here" if I don't want to renew an item, then click the (missing!!!) gray X.

I'm sorry you're having trouble canceling domain registrations through AMP. Our billing department will be more than happy to assist you with that request. Please email billing@webhostinghub.com and give them the domain names (and privacy for those domains) that you wish to cancel. Please be sure to include account verification with the request (either your AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file).
