Messages are showing up with a line through them, and the note: This message expired on XXX, XXX when viewing them through Outlook. It's not a client setting as when viewing the message options, the box is not ticked to expire message.

Hello Todd F,

You will want to check for the same behavior in other clients such as Thunderbird and even the webmail interface. Our servers do not have a configuration to expire any email message on user accounts.

We are happy to check your specific account behavior. To avoid having to reset your passwords on the email accounts to do so, you willl need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with the email account usernames and passwords. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

Best Regards,
Scott M
