How do I log into the Help Desk?

I requested a refund on my account and was directed to view and continue with my request through a link to the support center. HOWEVER, it tells me to sign in even though I am already logged in. I cannot move forward with this request because I cannot get in to see it and all of my emails go unanswered OR with the SAME link, which I cannot get into. The customer service so far has been appalling and I felt really positive when I originally bought the service. It is clear that the service has a system that is too complicated even for it's employees...I need help with this, since I am not wasting $100 on this kind of bad service.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with the service you have received. I believe some of the confusion you are currently experiencing is due to the automatic responses you received when sending emails into us. We do apologize if you found these responses to be unhelpful, but these are automatic responses sent out by our system so that customers can be sure that we have received their email.

I have confirmed with our Customer Care Department that your email request for cancellation has been received and they will be responding to you as soon as possible.

If you would like to view your ticket through the Help Desk, that is actually a separate system from AMP or the Support Center. To access the Help Desk, please go to:

http://support.webhostinghub.com/cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi

Your username for the Help Desk will be your cPanel username. Please use the "Lost Password?" link near the log in fields on that page to have a new password for the Help Desk emailed to the primary email address on file.
