How do I point my domain if I only have an IP address?

Hello, I have purchased my domain www.stjohnmtwolf.com from you. I have built my website on Weebly.com. I need you to point my domain to the following IP: 199.34.228.100.

This is done by changing my domain's A-Records. I am not requesting that you transfer my domain, redirect my domain, or change my name servers. I want to remain with you as my domain registrar. For more detailed information, please see http://kb.weebly.com/domain-registrar.html.

Hello stjohnmtwolf,

Thank you for your question about pointing your domain's A record. I'm sorry but currently you only have a domain registration with us and without hosting, there are no DNS records we can manage for your domain. If you have Nameservers you would like to point your domain to, you can manage those through AMP. If you would like to sign up for hosting, please feel free to purchase hosting for your site through AMP as well (Hosting, under Additional Services).
