How to cancel renewal?

Please provide a link to the option to CANCEL my renewal. I can find no such option in the "AMP."

Making it difficult for a customer to cancel automated renewal is a deceitful and disreputable practice.

You are hereby ordered to CANCEL my automated renewal and cease any attempts to charge me for it.

But again, I want you people to provide a link to the option to cancel. Does such an option exist. If not, why not? And why then is the thing called "Account Management Panel"?

I'm sorry to hear you wish to cancel your account. Are you having any issues with your hosting (email, site builder, etc.)? If so, we would like to assist you in getting any issues resolved.

I'm sorry if our Terms of Service was not clear on our renewal policy. In order to process a cancellation, we do ask that you submit your request via email (support@webhostinghub.com) and include account verification (either your AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file).
