Hello Basics, Thank you for your question. I located a helpful article on the wix website that covers "Connecting Your Domain to Your Wix Mobile Site." In that guide it advises of 2 ways: 1. If you have connected your domain to your Wix site by using our name servers (DNS), your mobile site will automatically be associated with your domain and you do not have to take any further actions. Connecting your domain with name servers is the recommended method of connecting your domain to Wix. 2. If you have connected your domain to your Wix site by pointing to our IP, ask your domain host to also point the subdomain m.yourdomain.com to the Wix IP that appears in the box below (if you are not logged in, please log in first): I would need more information, such as the domain name for your wix site to provide a specific answer. But, due to the issue you are receiving, you will most likely need to complete option 2. Here is a link to a guide on creating subdomains, and one on creating 'A records'. An 'A record' will allow you to point to your wix IP address. We can help, but we require DNS modification requests in writing.
