Hi Samy, I noticed you entered your password within your question details, so I replaced it instead with ******* so no one else could see it (for security reasons). When I was tested, I was successfully able to connect to your account via ftp. Case Sensitivity Our servers are case sensitive, so be sure you are typing in the correct case for both your username and password. For example, "ABC" is different from "abc". DNS Propagation I did a whois lookup on your domain name, and found that the nameservers were updated today actually. I'm assuming that you updated them to point them to Web Hosting Hub? Nameserver changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect, so if you tested immediately after changing the nameservers, most likely your domain was still pointing to the same host. Wrong Password? In this case, you are using the correct password. If you had not made dns changes recently, I would have advised you to reset your cPanel password (as that is your ftp password as well). Just Updated Nameservers If you did just update your nameservers, you can use an alternative to your domain as the ftp host. You can also use your server's hostname or IP address to connect via FTP. In this case, you could use the following as your ftp hostname: IP: 205.134.224.148 Hostname: whub25.webhostinghub.com I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks! - Brad |
