Hello asdnick,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your IP address possibly being blocked due to JMeter. Unfortunately, programs such as JMeter should not be used on our servers as that type of performance testing cannot be allowed in a shared environment. This could negatively impact other uses on the server.

Our Support Team also received an email request regarding this issue. As the request did not include account verification, they were not able to proceed with unblocking the IP listed in that email. When requesting an IP address be unblocked, or any similar request that requires such changes, please be sure to include account verification with either your AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file.

Once Support receives your email response with that account verification, we will be happy assist you with your request.

Please note, once your IP address has been unblocked, we recommend that you refrain from using JMeter as it could result in your IP address being blocked once again for the server's protection.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.
