Is there a limit to how many ip addressed I can IP Deny? I keep denying a range of servers but still receive spam from them. Can you tell me why?

Hello CarolB,

IP Deny is used to prevent deny visits to your website from a particular address. This doesn't prevent spam from arriving in your email. You would need to blacklist their domain name in SpamAssassin or another Spam prevention application in order to stop their spam. Try that first and if you continue to have problems, then come back to us (or live support) with a few more details. I'm not sure what domain name is being affected with your current settings. If you wish to keep your information private, then please call live support.
