Question about Domain Renewal

I purchase the domain PNetHub.com through you and your hosting service. My hosting service expires 2015-03-07 however my domain (PNetHub.com) expires on 2013-03-07. I thought my package was purchased as a whole which would mean the domain is good until 2015-03-07 as well?

If not I am find paying to renew the domain, I just can't seem to find out how without forcing a renewal of the entire package (hosting an all) which is good until 2015.

Thank you for your question. By default, your domain renews for 1 year automatically, unless you requested that we set it to expire.

I have confirmed it is set to renew.

If you want to renew for more than 1 year, please contact the billing department.
