Hi Cliff,

I'm sorry to hear of the email issue that you're having, and I'm more than happy to help.

There are many settings involved with setting up your email, and as far what you provided, you are connecting to the correct server. Your mail server should be mail.yourdomain.com, and in your case, mail.tacticalfusiongroup.com is correct.

To further troubleshoot this issue, our Support Team needs to know your IP address, and also needs a copy of a ping and tracert test for your domain (mail.tacticalfusiongroup.com). When you have this data, please email it to support@webhostinghub.com. Please see How to run a ping and tracert test for more help with performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
