Hi n2design,

Thank you for your question about your FTP password. If you are using the cPanel user name for FTP, you will want to use your cPanel password with that FTP user. If you are having any trouble connecting, you can easily reset your cPanel password through your AMP account. For more information on connecting to your account via FTP, please see our FTP Getting Started Guide.
