When did I sign up for service? I have done nothing wihth my webpage and may want to cancel.

Hello Barbara,

I'm sorry, but I was unable to bring up an account with the email you used to log into the Support Center. You can easily see when you signed up for service by logging into AMP (Account Management Panel) and viewing your plan details. The renewal date would be either 1, 2 or 3 years from your initial sign up date depending on which term you chose when purchasing your hosting plan.

I am sorry to learn that you may wish to cancel your account. Have you tried any of the various tools available with your account such as the Premium Website Builder or WordPress? If you're having trouble using any of these tools, I would encourage you to check out the large number of articles we have here in the support center or asking us any questions you may have? We're happy to help and we want you to be able to succeed in building your site.
