Hello sedaford,

Thank you for your request regarding your cPanel username and your hosting account. After reviewing your notes it appears you're having trouble with your previous cPanel username showing when you log into your AMP account. Please note, for security reasons, I edited the username you included in your question as the support center is viewable to the public.

I would like to have our Development Team look into this for you and remove the previous cPanel username but we need you to first respond to one of the emails from our Support Department and verify your account with either the AMP (Account Management Panel) password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
