I have asked that my hosting be transferred to GoDaddy.com. They said they have requested the transfer. Have you received and processed the request?

Hello cynphony,

Domain name transfers must have an authorization code from the current registrar to be submitted for transfer. If you have received the transfer code from Melbourne IT (our registrar partner) and submitted the transfer with GoDaddy, then the transfer is in process. This can take up to 7-10 business days (though usually faster).

If you do not have the domain code, you will want to request a 'release of management rights' for the domain from us, which will allow you to get the code so you can transfer it to GoDaddy.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department (open 24/7) with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

Best Regards,
Scott M
