Transfer files from server using SmartFTP

How can I transfer files from another host using SmartFTP?
I have tried and it will create new folders but fails to transfer files.
Am I using the right (default) settings and port 21?

Hello Bostech,

If you have followed the instructions for FPT as per our FTP Getting Started Guide everything should be working.

If it is not, we are happy to check into the settings, however we will need to know the exact settings you are using.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that specific information. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
