I have created an index.html file and uploaded it into the public_html folder and I am still getting "This directory has no index file" when I visit my page. I also cannot find a .htaccess file within my directory.

Hello Walworth,

The first issue you will need to address for your account is your domain name. It is still pointed to another hosting service. Therefore, if you type in your domain name, you're not looking at the files that are being placed on the server here. You would be looking at the files on your old host. If you wish to see your files, you can use the temp URL. I will email you directly from your account to send you your specific account information without posting it here on our support website.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
