I am looking for a web site form my on line store. I currently use Blogger for my blog. Can I have a link on my web page for my blogger blog. Do I have to use Word Press and if so is there a way to import my followers to a new word press blog?

Hello Linda,

Wordpress is another blog software, but it's very versatile, so if you wanted to use it as your new site, you can use it as both your blog and ecommerce solution. There are also many Ecommerce solutions out there that have a lot of capability, but you will need to choose which one best fits your needs. You can use both an Ecommerce solution AND blogger, it's just up to you how you want to implement it. Using an Ecommerce solution is more complex because it is dedicated for the purpose of Ecommerce and it may have a learning curve. Checkout your Cpanel and Softaculous for your many options (that you can load from our interface).

There appears to be some ways to import your data from Blogger to Wordpress if you want to head that route. I simply googled it and then found the following article:

Wordpress is an option, as is the E-commerce software. They both provide answers for your needs, but it's up to you how you want implement.
