Hello ahmed,

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into your email account. You can reset your email account password by logging into your cPanel account and clicking on the "Email Accounts" icon under the "Mail" area of cPanel. In the next screen, find the email account you want to change the password for and click the "Change Password" link. Type in the new password for your email account (twice) and click the "Change Password" button. Now you can go back to your webmail login screen and use the new password when logging into your email account.
