Does webhosting hub offer a simple dropbox script so people may send large files to my server?

Unfortunately, there is no such script. And while we do allow files to be accumulated on the server, the files that you save on the server should be website related. If you save a large files on there, please make sure to move them off the server as soon as possible. Leaving them on the server can lead to server performance issues and consequently to action on your account if you accumulate a large number of files on the server that are simply there for storage and not as part of your website. See the Terms of Service for further detail.

Your account does have the possibility of using FTP accounts. Anyone with access to the FTP accounts you create can upload files onto your server using an FTP client. Here's a link on using FTP:
