having trouble with a form that is supposed to allow me to attach an image.

i did install PEAR and made sure to include mail.php and mime.php - they are there in in my /home/username/php/Mail dir. so my script links to them and reads

include_once('/home/username/php/Mail/mail.php');
include_once('/home/username/php/Mail/mime.php');

that did get me past 4 errors that said those files were not found when i submitted the form. i appeared to have missed the 1st forward slash before home. however - i added the slash, all those 4 errors are gone, but going to that page doesn't even show the form anymore - it shows simply 1 error line which is :

Fatal error: Class 'Mail' not found in /home/ufcfan5/php/Mail/mail.php on line 51
