I use Web Easy 8 which has a built in publisher for my website. I need the IP address, user identifier and user password. I'm wondering which of the 2 nameserver IP addresses I see on the Admin details I use for uploading, either 205.134.224.133 or 173.205.127.4 and do I use chris290 for my user name? Also do I need to identify an "initial remote folder" (I leave this blank with my current host).

Lastly, when I click on cPanel Login it always goes to "page not available"

Hello christchurchmn,

Great question on publishing your site with Web Easy 8. I'm happy to help you with your publishing settings.

The first thing I would like to point out is that the Nameserver IPs are not the IP of the server that your account is housed on. If you want the IP of the server your account is on, please log into your cPanel account and look for your "Shared IP Address" in the left menu of the cPanel home screen (under "Details").

Since your domain is not pointed to our Nameservers at this time, you will want to use either that shared IP or the server name (also shown in the Details area of cPanel) for the Host name or IP address in Web Easy.

Yes, since Web Easy includes FTP publishing built in, you can use your cPanel username as the user name for Web Easy publishing.

For the initial remote folder, please put in in: public_html/
Please note, this is for publishing to the main domain, if you want to publish to an Addon domain, please type in: public_html/AddonDomainFolder/

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into cPanel. If you are trying to access cPanel through your domain, that link will not be available until you point your domain to our Nameservers. Until then, you can use your temporary cPanel url, which should look similar to: http://ehub22.webhostinghub.com/cpanel
Be sure to replace "ehub22" with your actual server name. For more information please see our article How to log into cPanel

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
