Hello.
We have a webpage hosted though this service, which in turn is managed through Omeka (..."open source web-publishing platform for the display of library, museum, archives, and scholarly collections and exhibitions.").

The issue is that someone managed to mess up the site and it is now currently offline.

In order to debug it, Omeka asks to modify .php files in the server where it's hosted.

I've looked up if this service offers ssh to fix this myself, but it appears not. In that case, I'd like to know how to debug and/or repair my site.

If any additional information is required, do let me know.

Thanks.

Hello snowingheart,

Thank you for your question. You can access / edit your files in 2 ways, using FTP, or the File Manager in cPanel.

SSH is not available in a shared environment, for security reasons.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
