webeasy 8 update publishing

Hi although the above states Webeasy 9 my version is Webeasy
8.

I have published my site using \'Easyspace\' I am now trying to update
the site and republish. The site will not update. I contacted Esayspace
Suport and they say the files are not in the \'www.\' file. How do I put
the files in the correct file, please help i am really confused

Hello paulnmarie,

Thank you for your question. With our hosting we recommend publishing to the public_html folder, but it sounds like easyspace calls this folder '/www./'

In order to publish there:
For the initial remote folder, put in in: www/

Then, republish your website. The remote folder is the folder you are putting the files in.
