Typically when you do a full cPanel backup, if we were to restore that backup to your account with us, it would overwrite any current data that you already have setup on our server.
Additionally there is manual work involved in correcting all the places your old web host's username, or home directory paths appear in your PHP scripts, and possibly the database, after the restore completes.
For these reasons we typically don't do full cPanel restores on accounts that are already established. We do have a great education channel class dedicated on how to migrate your WordPress site to WebHostingHub that would walk you through the full process of bringing over WordPress sites into your account.
If you don't currently have anything major setup on your account with us, and you would like for us to do a full cPanel restore that will essentially overwrite anything currently setup on the account. Please send your request in to (firstname.lastname@example.org) being sure to verify your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or your current AMP password.
