Where did you get the Zend checking script that you're using? I noticed that it is hard-coded to try to look for [/Zend/Loader.php] which is what the error is complaining about.
However if you look at the structure of the Zend Framework there isn't a (Loader.php) script. There is a [/Zend/Loader/] directory that has various PHP scripts contained within it.
ZendOptimizer was only for PHP 5.2 and below, with ZendGuard being introduced for PHP 5.3 which is what you account is currently using.
Do you have the ability to to re-encode your scripts using the newer encoder?
If not, I might suggest submitting a support ticket for our system administration department to see if your account can be moved to a PHP 5.2 server with ZendOptimizer.
