Hello John_D,

I'm sorry you're having trouble customizing your banner image in the builder. Some of the templates have a variable width which means their width will adjust according to the size of the browser window. Because of this, it can be difficult to create a custom image that exactly matches the width, since that width will not be the same for every browser or monitor. What I would recommend would be to either choose a template with a fixed width or try fading your image into the background color you see to the right of your image. This would create a smoother appearance for your banner image.
