Issues Installing Joomla 2.5

Greetings,

I'm having issues with one of my websites, I am trying to install Joomla 2.5. I am having the issue where it's not going passed the language select page. If possible, could someone please help me set up this Joomla Install/Figure out how to install it manually?

We would be glad to test it and see whether it is a software or server side glitch. So far we see no errors on the server side. TO check it, however, we would need some specific information from you. (cPanel password and the domain or subdomain you are trying to install).
