Thank you for your question. The easiest way would be just to uninstall joomla using softaculous, then reinstall Joomla using Softaculous, and for the Choose Domain option, select the one with the IP address, for example:
That is also the address you will access the Joomla site on, for example the site will load here:
The Admin login page will be here:
If this is not your main site (primary domain) then enter something in the In Directory field. For example, if it is for an Addon domain, you will want to enter the directory for that addon.
Then, when you are ready to go live with your site, you can change the Joomla URL in the configuration.php file to the actual website URL.
