my site www.condovoice.com is loading very slow

My site www.condovoice.com is suddenly loading very slowly. I did make one change, to the template.css file, by enlarging the space for the logo and simply substituting a new "logo.png" file for the old one. Is there a server issue, or did what I changed do this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ken

Hello Condovoice,

I understand that there was an identified internet issue with a major network provider earlier. This was rectified a little earlier. The issue completely outside of our network and had been occurring for most of the day. However, the last report from our systems team researching the event indicated that it was no longer occurring. I checked your site and it loads up fairly quickly here. If you continue to see slow load times, make sure to clear your browser cache and then re-attempt to view your site again. If it's still slow, contact live support so that they can troubleshoot the issue in real-time with you on the phone. Everything appears to load normally from our office here.

Here's an article that will help you to obtain data that we would normally ask for when troubleshooting slow websites as well. Please review and provide the data if your problem with the slow site persists.
